1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be in original packaging and condition
• Items must include original tags and labels
• Proof of purchase is required

• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made products
• Perishable goods
• Intimate or sanitary goods

3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

• Contact our customer service at info@growthhubva.com to receive a Return Authorization Number
• Package the item securely in its original packaging
• Include your proof of purchase and reason for return
• Ship to the address provided with your Return Authorization

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive your return
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• Restocking fees may apply to certain items and will be disclosed before processing

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@growthhubva.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund.
